Honey and honeydew form the primary signal: smooth, luminous, and naturally sweet. Hibiscus adds a crisp floral acidity that sharpens the cup without overwhelming it, while pistachio provides a soft, nutty finish that grounds the profile. The result is clean and vibrant, with enough structure to hold your attention and enough sweetness to keep every element connected.

Produced by Luz Marina at Santa Elena Estate in Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region, the coffee is shade-grown, hand-picked, and slowly patio-dried using the honey process. That careful processing preserves the fruit’s natural sugars, creating a cup with clear sensory definition, balanced excitation, and very little noise.

Best brewed as a pour over, drip, or batch brew.
