Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Coffee orders sourced from our roasters are roasted fresh and may require additional processing time to ensure peak quality.
Print-on-demand items (apparel, accessories) are fulfilled by our production partner and processed within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Split Shipments If your order includes both coffee and print-on-demand items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
